So very sobering to see how quickly things can change when you return to old habits. Sigh, time to start as a "Resi" at the gym and become a frequent flier with time and effort! I've started clogging on a competitive team, some cardiac improvement is definitely needed to maintain the pace required for dancing. Setting new goals, making new promises to myself and saying a prayer for the future.
