On plan 1 day. Hungry, but I feel better already. Need to figure out a gracious response to clients offering me food.

200.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 60.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congrats w/day one on plan. Your carbohydrates are a little high; which is going to prevent you from hitting (Fat Burning State) in the first 4 days. You may want to chat with your Health Coach about this.
