Have watched my calories today, now I'm getting ready to work out for the first time in MONTHS! Looking forward to it, hope it doesn't make me hurt too much! :)

1432 kcal Fat: 59.59g | Prot: 60.50g | Carb: 163.41g.   Breakfast: sausage patty, Fried Egg, shedd's spread calcium, sugar free hawaiian punch, kroger honey wheat bread. Lunch: propel zero, red delicious apple, lean cuisine asiago tortellini. Dinner: kroger frozen peas, chicken kiev, butter noodles. more...

Start small so you can still do it tomorrow. Happy you are able to exercise again. So does that mean your health is better now?

It's getting there. My doctor cleared me to start exercising and lifting again. I still hurt, but I'm hoping maybe the exercise will help. The doctor said the only thing that will permanently take care of my pain is a hysterectomy. Want to avoid that as long as possible.
