This day is trying to whoop up on me. Been very stressful, emotional....anyway it would be so easy for me to feed my emotions. However, I have caught myself a couple of times and stopped it. Got a cup of hot tea and now that most folks are done with their work day maybe I might actually be able to focus on my JOB and not cleaning up after other people. I have really, really missed my Mama today and sure do wish I could talk to her. However, I will cope and deal and what I will NOT do is negate all my hard work by finding temporary, and fake, solace in food.

Good job, Jaime! For many of us, the solution to almost anything has been to EAT! It's a hard habit to change, but you are making great progress - especially under trying circumstances!
