WOO HOO I weighed in this mornign after my forst week and did much better than I expected I was hoping for at least two more lbs but I am happy with the results. When I put my original weight in I had full intentions of starting a diet then put on 3 more lbs and then started so my starting weight was 203 and today I weighed in at 198. I am rather happy with that so I am gonna keep on trucking. As long as it keeps coming off like this we will be in good shape for the wedding in August. I am so excited to see a diet actually work for me. Thanks for all of the support and help you guys have given me it means a lot and I couldn't have done it without you guys. Week 2 here we come I would love to be down 10lbs when he comes home in a week and a half so I am gonna eat right and excersize everyday.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Way to go. Keep it up. Take it one day at a time and you will get there. It is amazing what a few pounds down can do to our motivation.
