Ok what a day went to my best friends bridal shower didn't have anything extremely bad except for 2 tbs of pasta salad and i mean 2 TBS I am way stressed out and definetly on edge my fiancee will be home in about a week and a half and i so want to be on track with my diet when he gets home. I hope my mood swings stop or he is going to kill me. I dont know if its the diet or lack of sleep, stress, and crying puppy, probably a little of both. I am so getting a few drinks in me when i lose my first 20 even if it means boxing 3 hours for two days LOL

The fact that you were able to restrict yourself to only 2 tbs of pasta salad is amazing. I went on a 5k walk for charity today. After it, my husband stopped at Mary Brown's for us to get something to eat. I got the chicken wrap instead of the 3 pieces of fried chicken that I normally would have had. I could not stop myself from having the taters though. I did not eat all of them however definitely more than I should have. I am not on Atkins so I am allowed carbs and actually my dietician says that I should have 45 g of carbs a meal to help regulate my sugar levels. Just keep at it. You will get there. Mood swings will level out as your body adjusts to the changes. Lack of sleep has a big impact on moods.
