I think my stomach is rebelling after the Christmas overindulgences...
Yesterday I went to get lunch, and came back only to realise I was completely not hungry (to the point that the thought of eating made me feel somewhat nauseous). So I decided to skip lunch and have a nice dinner instead. Still wasn't hungry but made myself eat a huge bowl of shirataki and veggies in miso broth. Not very calorific but huge!
And today it's coming up for lunchtime and I'm feeling completely *blegh* about lunch again.
