Ok. It's been six months and I've stayed about the same weight, yay! I would like to be a size ten and about 145 pounds.

I really like this diet pill acaitrim with raspberry ketones. To leaves such a nice berry after taste and is only about ten bucks a bottle.

I believe I drink way too much pop. It should only be a once a while or once a day thing, right? It's about the only thing I drink. And I drink it full sugar because I dislike artificial sweeteners; I think they are toxic. I must drink more hot tea and I should buy more of this true blueberry herbal tea, it's fantastic! Hot tea is better because I have trained myself to drink it without sugar. And one of the reasons I should not drink a lot of pop is the sugar. Another bad thing about pop is the acid. It destroys teeth!

I want to start writing in this journal every day even if I don't weigh in. I hope writing will keep me on track and focused on my weight goal.
