ate a little more than usual yesterday but still came out on top. i think it's because i chose nuts over chips and yogurt cookies vs. your standard cookie. i really was tired and didn't want to work out but managed to do 20 minutes on EA active followed by 10,000 steps on walk it out. woke up feeling tired and bloated but was happy to see the loss on the scale.
the big hurdle -- THIS WEEKEND. can i make it through without blowing my diet? it will be huge if i can. my birthday is next week and it would make me thrilled to hit the 10 pound mark.
