walked around the outlets today for about 4-5 hours in the super hot weather. knew i would be having in n out but prepared myself but looking up the nutritional content. got a double double protein style with grilled onions and no spread. munched on maybe 10 fries. an unplanned stop was to harry and david's where we got some candy and i noshed on a few malt balls and gummi frogs. soo good but i did stop myself from overdoing it.
noticed i ate a lot at dinner. probably just super exhausted and wanted everything in sight. i did manage to work out. did 30 minutes of EA Active Challenge then I did more cardio exercises (another 25 minutes) burning around 150 calories. feel good but must get some sleep now.
