Weight gain and that is strange but sort of expected as I did drop a bit yesterday and then it is up now. Next big drop will come shortly and then I will be below 180 and be 179 or so. Back to the gym.
184.4 lb Lost so far: 48.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
