Well, I did much better during our Christmas dinner than I thought I would. That is such a relief. I finally had my picture taken and am posting it. It's a full length photo. I'm also putting it as my profile photo. As everyone can see, my clothing is getting lose and I will be in a size smaller soon. The clothes I'm wearing in the photo used to fit tight before I started my diet program. I still have a long way to go, but I'm happy with my progress thus far.
