Last couple of days diet calendar haven't been entirely truthful. Dieting is never gonna be a full time thing, if it were we'd just go insane. So yeah, the season's here now, I'm probably not gonna be on here again this year, maybe for a couple of days inbetween Christmas and NYE, I dunno. I'm almost at my low again, I'll just be happy not to stray too far from it next week. So yeah, Merry Christmas everyone x
