So I just want to say that sometimes I wish weight loss would occur quicker than it does. I used to be the person who could eat anything and it didn't matter so only being able to average 1400 calories is annoying!! So many things I want to eat and don't because that would put me over for example the chick-fil-a food I had the other day.... 1200 calories in one meal with fries, sauce, nuggets and water. Yes you read it right WATER to drink how crappy. It was wonderful tasting but very depressing after I ate it and got home to see how many calories were in it. SO NOT WORTH IT!!! Also I get discouraged when I am very disciplined with my calories and stuff yet only get a small change. Weight loss that reacts the same whether I eat 1400 calories every day or 1800. So I dunno what to say *Sigh* O well life goes on I suppose and at least I am still losing!!

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 June 2010:
1411 kcal Fat: 25.87g | Prot: 89.26g | Carb: 223.23g.   Breakfast: 1% Lowfat Milk with Vitamin A & D, blueberry jam, sara lee 45 calorie bread. Lunch: 45 calorie bread, morning star spicy, ketchup, spicy brown mustard. Dinner: White Dinner Roll, banana, yoplait vanilla yogurt, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, body fortress. Snacks/Other: potato salad, enchilada, baked beans with bacon. more...

I totally know what you mean! You're doing great though, sometimes those little indulgence moments are what keep us on track. :)

I go up and down drastically with my calories and it seems to be fine. When I feel like I'm not losing weight fast enough, I take the amount of weight I've lost and divide that by the number of weeks I've been on FS. That way you can see how much you are losing per week, which to me is encouraging since I seem to lose all at once and then plateau or even gain slightly before the next loss. Hope this helps and keep up the good work!

Hey, thanks for the buddy request :) I added you :D I know what you mean by the instant gradification.. and am at a standstill myself :( Had a lot going on..but promised myself to get disciplined and get back after the 4th! So, let's fight fat together!
