so after the weekend away, i've been 100% on top of this. my bf started a new job on monday, and it's the first time i've had the house to myself for a whole day in a year! crazy! I didn't have to go into work until about 4.30pm, so i cleaned the house all day with a 90 min yoga break. it was so nice to come home after work to a clean clean house. i was so sore yesterday and i am not sure if it was from yoga or cleaning... either way, it's a good thing.
have been going through some drama with an old employer. and it's stressing me out. but, i think it's sorted now, and hopefully i can let go of this soon. it makes me want to drink beer and eat chocolate (but i haven't). not really thrilled with last week's gain. i don't know what's up with that. but i only have 3 weeks til the beach and really want to be @ 170... i have a lot of work cut out for me.
in other news, i went shopping this weekend (the bf had to get some work clothing, and then i couldn't help myself - all my clothes have holes in them...) got a new pair of jeans (though oddly a juniors size 11 - but they were the ones that fit me best, despite really not being a junior any more, ha!) a couple shirts and a pair of shorts. coupled with the haircut from last week - i am actually feeling pretty good about myself, which is odd since the scale says otherwise. oh, well, feeling good is half the battle!
