Okay so of the 6# I was up Tuesday morning I have dropped 5 of those. So I am going to enter my weight that I was at this morning with the 1# increase still there. I still have plenty of time to make my December goal of the 212's.

My stomach finally today does not feel like my insides were ran through a ringer and shoved back inside of me. Gaw the pain is SO not worth the Thai food that I ate.

I cooked some Knock Me Naked Cookies lastnight...these are not low carb and will send them out as gifts. I did have a teeny taste and they were good. DH had two and he said that were fantastic. I cannot even begin to imagine the carbs in one of those...LOL!!!

It snowed here yesterday and overnight. I spent 30 minutes outside, last night shoveling, and imagine that I will today (if not the front then on the back). So that is good exercise. I have tons of stuff to get accomplished today around the house and hard to run errands since DH is in my truck. I believe my daughter and I will go this afternoon (she is driving)...I need to get some snow for my village and I have one package to get in the mail to my Dad and Stepmom. All of my cards are done and gifts done. Oh damn I do have another gift to mail but I cannot do it as I am waiting for one to come to me too. Boo!

Okay well that will be an After Christmas present...and there is not really anything wrong with that.

I just LOVE snow... I could watch it all day on the TV :-) Hate it in real life. Do NOT like being cold or wet. Or hot. Shoot, what a wimp I am. Ok -- are the knock me naked cookies in the recipe book? If not you may have to message me the recipe or load it!

Jaime, I'm finally catching up with my FS friends & so sorry to hear of your struggles this week. But as you demonstrated, you are a fighter! You should be so proud of how you preserved through the physical & emotional pain, and that you've learned more valuable information about yourself & what your body can tolerate. As another of your FS friends mentioned, I'm also always surprised to see what others eat that doesn't effect them negatively vs how horrible I feel, physically & emotionally, when I stray from a healthy eating plan. Sorry I've been so MIA this week (happily enjoying having my boys home), but missing & thinking of you!

Hey Ruth - thanks so much for the comment. You are so right when it comes to how different each of our bodies are and how our bodies react to certain things. I am so happy that you are having a great time with your boys!! I appreciate you popping in out of your busy schedule and family time.
