Was wondering If i should change my goal weight???? I am 163 and my currant goal is 135, which is still over weight for my 5 foot frame, Should I change it to 115 lbs??? I dont wanna look sick! In the pic of me im about 175lbs, feeling conflicted.

I say leave your goal as 135, and when you get there relook at yourself and then you can add a new goal if you think you need to. I am always amazed when I ask my friend's how much they weigh, I use them as goal models, how much more they weigh than I imagine that weight to look like. So I am 5'5" and right now my goal is 150 to 145; then I'll take it from there.

I would focus on losing 5 or 10 pounds at a time. When you get down to 135, see how you look and feel. Exercise can also make a vast difference in your body composition and how you look. 135 with exercise looks different than 135 with out exercise. Take it one day at a time.

I think we all tend to do that! I agree with just focusing on 5 - 10 lbs for now. That's why I've set my "goal weight" up the way I have. Once I reach 180, I'll set my FS weight goal to 170. It's easier to break it up into bits, seeing that you only need to lose 8 lbs to reach a mini goal is much better looking than seeing you need to lose 60. It gives me that extra little umph in the very low esteem department.
