I'm in the last week of Phase 3, and I crave carbs really bad - especially at night! I do fine at breakfast and at lunch when I can plan ahead, but after I get home from work, the carb cravings are crazy and I get somewhat bored at home. Last night, I ate bread and butter, mac and cheese, and an ice cream sandwich! It makes me so mad that I don't have much self-control after I get home from work. Any advice on how to curb those carb cravings? Thank you!

Maybe try having a snack as soon as you get home, fruit, veges, or protein... I find when I'm hungry or gone a little too long without something to eat, I could out of uncontrollably eat anything too!

How amazing that you still lost weight in spite of that glitch you had last night!! The thing that has helped most at night is that I started on miracle noodles and mix themwith my protein at night and it really seems like I am having spagetti or fetuccini. Even my husband and daughter like them and eat them. There are 2 kinds 1 had no calories and the other has like 20 calories and has tofu in them. I also ordered something called Glucomannan Powder which is the 0 calorie Yam powder that those noodles are made with. I adda tsp of thatto 1/2 scoop of Chocolate or Vanilla Whey Powder that is sweetened with Stevia (Whole Foods has this and the Tofu Shirataki noodles) In the milk shake I also add ice ans sometimes frozen strawberries. I mix it up in my magic bullet blender. It becomes so thick you can eat it with a spoon and it is super filling and very satisfying. Good luck !!! Ellie
