I'm a 53 year old woman from the Oklahoma City area, and my latest vice is cinnamon toast with honey and butter. As I've always known - but didn't heed - it's those things you do EVERY day (or almost every day) that can either destroy your goals or make your weight goals happen. The calorie count on my indulgent toast amounted to 400 calories! When I did the math... cutting that out (alone) would cause me lose 41 pounds in a year (without adding exercise)! Glory! Contrastly, if I continue on this path I would be gaining 41 pounds a year! That's when it got real for me. Every day and every choice matters! I love me some cinnamon toast, but don't love it enough to walk around with 41 more pounds on me! Nothing tastes as good as being skinny feels.

Back on track now after that reality check.
