After workout and shower. I'll totally take this.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

@ Jaime - Thank you! I am super pleased about it! @ Angie - It's actually 18 lbs. I started at 201 the last time that I started over. I'm unbelievably pleased at the rate and amount lost. @ Rachel - Thank you! You're doing a great job, too!
