Okay so not big changes but it is a move downward and I will take it. I do believe some of the slow pace is the low carb tortilla's that I have added in and (for instance) the pizza I made last night with the pizza sauce. Although it is all under my carbs it still involves some sugars. So the scale is moving and I am not freaking.

I am not hungry this morning. Today I think I will plan a more bland meal without the heavy cream or sauce or anything else. Let's see what happens then.

We are going out of town this weekend and I would like to drop a little more weight in case i pick some up. I am not intending on cheating, but there could be a some wine involved this weekend.

However, there should be a fair amount of walking involved too.

Any movement down is a win! It's interesting to find out what you can and can't eat. Whenever I'm stalled, I'll focus on salads and leave out most dairy products and anything remotely questionable. It usually turns into a pound or two lost over a couple of days.

Thanks Toni. I know the only thing I have done different is add in some of these items. So I am going back to the basics of before adding some of these things in. Will see how it goes today. Thanks for the link! I am going to see if my pharmacy has some and at what price and then will probably order some online too. That way I have some now and some coming in to last me.

Slow and steady wins the race. You are still headed in the right direction no matter how "small" the loss is. As Toni said, your weight chart is impressive and you've come a long way. Remember that the closer you get to your goal the slower you'll lose.
