Goethe's Journal, 12 December 2012

Well, yesterday I got some piece of good news, after a week with intermittent pains on my neck, back and knee, after injuring myself during practice, I went with an orthopedist, and after an X-Ray, the worst didn't confirm, no injury on my spine or knee, just some lesions on the muscle due to overtraining and Uric Acid Levels high, one week rest, some Colchinis to make the UAL drop, my bike is in the shop in the process of getting fixed, and next week I'm back in the game.

Restricting my diet today, after quite a few Caipiroskas yesterday(it´s exactly like Capirinha, but with Vodka instead of Cachaça), and that's it, still can´t do exercises, the MD recommended one week rest, which is more difficult to me than control my KCal intake.

I was seriously worried about the pains, because due to the intensity of the lesion durion practice, I could have had a flattening of the vertebra which means no more fighting and could lead to paralisys, but it's all good knowing that was not the case.
