The Comsumption of Proteins...

It's really strange how satisfied they leave you, the day before yesterday, I consummed around 3000KCal and I was left less satisfied than yesterday, when I consummed far less.

I read in quite a few places that protein usually leaves you pretty satisfied, while carbs only makes you more hungry sometimes, I also saw a post about Kingkelg, a buddy from FatSecret that has shed a lot of weight and is very active in the forums, about how when he goes hungry he always go for protein.

Well, yesterday after doing the math and weighting exactly how much I ate, I was left surprised on how little my KCal intake was during the day, even below the bare minimum 1200KCal daily, it was a grand total of 1099KCal, I spend 3200 just by living.

Anyway, today I'm gonna do some snacks and increase a little bit this value, after all, I'm gonna do a cycling run of roughly 60km(40miles), the pains in my body are mostly gone and I can't stand not doing any exercises anymore.

Today it was an interesting day, people threw to me a surprise B-Day party, with kibes, drumstick, cake, soda and everything else, I tried to contain myself as best as I could, today I also did my first intermediary cycling journey, pretty tough, but the good kind... Overall, you can bet I definitely burned way more KCal than I consummed, it was a good day.
