Well from yesterday I don't know what I'm doing wrong? Maybe not having enough I don't know. But how do you eat when your not hungry?? Oh well happy Tuesday everyone :)
188.5 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
