Ok I am beginning again because I have been falling and getting back up daily but this time I am focusing on my trip to Bahamas I want to be able to buy a couple of nice bathing suits.

153.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
