ITS FRIDAY! And I am at work. However I am looking forward to the weekend where my wife and I will get a chance to go out and work out together. I am getting a nice habbit of coming home, dressing down and getting dressed up for work outs. I have two hrs before my wife comes home and that is when I do my jogging with the dogs and indoor work outs, Oddly enough all i want for Christmas is a yard tools so that I can do more in the Yard. Most of ours we had are now no good or beat up. Get Creative while doing work outs. Dance when cleaning move as much as possible. I was advised while trying to Gain muscles that we should watch the Mirror and not scale so much. Now that I have been doing that, I am not so down on myself. I was wondering why I was not going down, however my cloths are getting bigger! Nice I say. Its not about the number on the scale to me its how toned I look and feel.
So Rock On all and Good luck... I'll need it while going to my wifes side this weekend, they make the best worst foods!

Exactly dude, keep going bro. Side note: try to quit the sweets. They will spike your glycogen levels and unless you're pounding that after a workout (and I mean a WORKOUT) and then doubling down with a protein shake it's not needed.
