Today I feel so much better. body achiness is gone, still a little stomach sick. But I realized now that I have made a plane of working out, just how much I miss it when it is gone. I on the good side of being sick I feel like I was able to clear out my system and start new. I feel like between water and Gatorade that it helped reset my syestem. I woke up craving healthy food which is good. I With fatSecret I am starting to learn about eating, its not just about losing body fat, its about eating the foods your body needs.

EXACTLY! You must view your body as a machine. If maintenanced and given the proper components to operate it will function without flaw - and at its utmost capacity. Always think of your body in this way and you will always feed yourself the QUALITY food that it deserves to function "look," the way you want it to. Do work son, keep moving on.
