Okay so I am starting to see a trend for me that when I break from eating my regular routine due to eating out or not being able to cook because I am on the road that the next few days are challenging for me. I am craving food that I normally wouldn't even think about! So that just means that when I am at conferences or when I get home I need to be conscious of what i am doing. Am I eating because I am hungry or because I want to eat or because i think I need to eat.
