Made it through our annual cookie baking week end with only 3 cookies consumed under the watchful eye of my daughter. Very hard to watch and not be able to eat or take home. Look forward to Christmas eve when I can eat some.Got a lot of encourgment from family on improving my health. After logging my food from yesterday I can only hope that the sodium amounts are off because I went Waaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy off my limit.
