How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I forgot to mention I must weigh myself daily to insure no water retention which is also contrary to the weigh once a week goals.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
That has always been my goal to drink 8 8oz of water daily and it was a challege but now I have congestive heart failure and I can only drink 1 liter of all fluids daily and it is a bigger challenge. Go Figure.
