Steady as she goes!!!!

Basically just trying extra hard to get my water quota in ( i still really struggle getting it down!)

Watching closely to my cals in / cals out.

I see the loss...way to go!!!! slow an steady gets you to that blue line ...determination and consistancy..you can do this...keep up the great work!!!!!

Maybe try crystal light to get the water in?? It's essentially water plus some flava...I find it's much easier to get that down when I get over the water drinking. Good luck, you're doing fab!!!

I like crystal light halved, other wise its too strong! Give it a try though? Just try adding about half then more and see, until you hit the potency you like. It quenches your thirst more so than just water and believe me, I'm a huge water advocate!

You do well to watch your weight constantly, facing reality is important. Watch your overall intake of calories and try to make simple (skinny) soups and salads that you can really enjoy. You are doing very well, keep it up Slinky!
