hello.. today i weight myself.. n im 155lbs.. started with 160lbs.. my aim goal now is 150.. im on atkins fer the 5th day n i lost bout 1lbs per day..so far.. in the induction phase.. all the story here totally inspire me to finish what i hav started... my aim weight was 110lbs..
