Thanks wifey! I try and a couple things I learned recently are making baked goods turn out better...1) line with parchment paper and 2) don’t mix anything separate, just put all ingredients in Ninja and let ‘er eat!

Ninja = high-powered blended. MIL gave it to me a few years ago and it just sat...not anymore; it’s awesome! And yes almond and coconut flours. When I was “building” it I was thinking regular flour never smelled so good! Not that it can be had in my Celiac diseased family anymore, anyway 😊

Yep, Liv, equal eggs to ounces cream cheese. For just me I use 2 egg and 2 oz cr cheese.
