Between my muscles being inflamed from the injuries, and retaining water, and it being "that time" of the month, I have been fighting tooth and nail to lose any weight, stayed at the same exact weight. I was so mad. I forced myself to drink a ton of water yesterday. I finally got back to my olympic lifting class, took it pretty easy since it was my first time back in 2 or 3 weeks, but I got a PR on the snatch. I also got a massage yesterday since my muscles probably need it, also all those health benefits of a massage like flushing the toxins out of your body yadda yadda yadda AKA all the lactic acid. After the massage I was SO tired I couldn't even exercise....I fell asleep at 8pm.

218.0 lb Lost so far: 126.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Massage will do that to you... When I come back from my massage class, where we spend two hours on the table at least, I can't keep my eyes open! Your chart is incredible, you're losing weight indeed. As soon as time of the month is gone, you'll see a new loss I'm sure!

It's starting to go away now, but man, it really stressed me out every time. Sometimes I lose weight, sometimes I gain weight, sometimes it stays the same. Sometimes it happens a week before sometimes a day before. It keeps changing so I keep thinking its always something I'm doing. Oh how I hate being a girl sometimes. I want to be under 200# by Christmas. Here's hoping!
