So why did I eat a McDonald burger with my daughter-in-law when I haven't had fast food in over 3+ years? My stomach was not happy. Well now that I have my mind back, that will not happened again. The meat is just sitting on my stomach like a brick. From this day forward I will eat a plant based diet only!!!
