My weight report said: You lost 1.2 kg (1.6 %) since you last weighed in on Friday 09 Nov 12. At that rate it will take you about 6 days to get to your goal weight. Wow!!! hope I can keep ut it, wouldn’t that be fantastik!? Keep my fingers crossed. Resisting to my favorite binge foods is torture, but getting fatter is worse at this point… Tired of being ashamed of the way I feel and look. This surprise note was very encouraging!
