The weather has finally cooled off here in the southwest. I'm talking mid 60's so I will expect a little flak! I'm having a bowl of the Medifast Beef Vegetable Stew. It is nice for a midday meal when is a little cool outside. I added a little salt and pepper and fresh herbs(rosemary, parsley, thyme, garlic chive). I diced these fine and it came to about a table spoon all combined and added it to the stew before cooking. Yummo!
One thing I have noticed, any of the Medifast meals that are in a powder form, after you eat, don't let the dirty dishes sit and get dry!!! Really one of the worst crusty dishes ever. Soak or wash right away is what I've learned. The dishwasher is no match for this stuff.

So true, about the bowls and shake cups. I got some throw away bowls for the soup, that I use and some hot drink cups for when I am going somewhere in the morning, disposable ones. I always drink a hot drink 1st meal. It really has helped me on clean up. I don't like to use disposables, but while I'm on this diet it seems prudent, especially when I am busy or under the weather so to speak. Here in TX it just really cooled off today, below freezing last night. I love it!
