Today was weigh in day. A had a good week as opposed to the week before. My food intake was the same but the stress and exercise were very different. On my week where weigh loss was almost zero, I was on-call for work, lots of work related problems and no exercise that week. This past week not on-call, work stress down some and got my work day walks in 3 times. If I had managed some exercise the bad week I'm betting I would have gotten some loss in. Stress seems to make me hold onto the pounds!
