Nice. Our work announces for 2 days they're having breakfast for an accomplishment. I expected this but I just have to comment. Why is it considered healthy to have only a bagel for breakfast? I read somewhere that a bagel is nutritionally no different than a donut. Of course, of the near 200 bagels the ones that went first were the ones coated with sugar. I'm glad I had *my* breakfast first. :) Have a great day all!

yeah, i worked in an office and it seemed like there was always something like that going on, pizza parties, birthdays, baby showers. it was hard for me to not only dodge the food but dodge the people as well because some people really try to force food down your throat and make a big deal about it when you don't want to eat cake. good job sticking to your plan.
