So today I was like really depressed because of multiple obnoxious reasons and I wanted to eat well because I knew it would make me feel better later overall but I gave in and ended up eating a lot of unhealthy snacks and 989 calories worth of doughnuts. And guess what? ...I didn't feel any better later, like I expected I probably wouldn't! Grr... what ever, i'll get it at some point but I'm just really depressed right now. Oh, and because of musical rehearsal getting in the way of exercise, Mike is making me an at home workout plan for these two weeks... soo yeah!
Cool I'm gonna go sleep and hopefully burn some calories.
