So yeah, today pretty much suck! I ate total crap all day, felt all grows and sweaty from the grows food, couldn't stop thinking I was fat, and somehow STILL ENDED UP UNDER MY CALORIE GOAL! "¡Yo no sé!" This makes no sense to me but what dose make sense is that I need to at least (if anything) stop snacking because I'm bored or sad or what ever the heck is screwing with my food consumption. I have no excuse, the healthy food is right there. They should have named this website FatCollection.com not FatSecret.com- either way it just makes me the fat one! I also realized today that because of STUPID musical rehearsal I have absolutely NO TIME to exercise for the next two weeks, so I emailed my trainer Mike Stack to send me an alternative workout schedule that doesn't involve a gym. OMG I'M ALMOST TWO HUNDRED POUNDS FOR GOD'S SAKE, I WEIGH AROUND, IF NOT MORE THAN, MY DAD!!!!!!!!!!! -all I can say is "Grr..."
