Bloody Peach Yogurt

*mutters*

Oh well it's my own bloody fault I guess, I should have checked the calories before I ate it. Just because something is LOW FAT doesn't mean it's low calorie. *mutters*

Lol i went into Costa today and had a teeny weeny chocolate tiffin... That was half my rdi lol.... Doh!

Ack, I forgot about that. Someone baked at work and I had a chocolate biscuity thing. So much for being good this week after the ribfest on Tuesday.

I know how you feel! I normally eat a cup of Greek yogurt and that’s around 130 calories. I saw Blackberry Yoplait Simplait Yogurt was on sale and I had never tried it before, so I bought one. I check the calories when I get home and it's 200 calories for 1 tiny container??? I never felt so betrayed by Yogurt before!

Munch bunch is pretty good. Lower calorie as they come in small pots for kids. Means you get a nice desert but less of it, satisfys the need for something sweet but means you don't eat a big pot. :)

I normally go for the weight watchers ones 45-60kcal per pot. And the layered fromage frais is great.
