On Saturday (November 3) I met with a trainer at "Applied Fitness Solutions" named Michael Stack. He measured my fat body percentage and found that: Weight: 199.2 lbs % body fat: 35.6% Lean Mass(lbs): 128.6 Fat Mass(lbs):71.1
-Meaning that form my weight 35.6% of my weight comes from fat. And over all, 128.6 lbs is lean mass and 71.1 lbs is fat mass. -My calorie Goal everyday is 2350, and I have to exercise 3-4 times a week .
Today wasn't so great, I ate so many stupid little things that I probably won't be able to track every bite unfortunately 'cause I don't remember it all.
