While not my official weigh in day, I hit a new milestone! 249.6 lbs!!! Now in the 240's is a big deal for me. A lot of little things I've noticed are: Belts in two notches, some pants too big to wear, tight shirts now fit, can feet loose weight?, shoes fit looser, truck seat belt has stopped trying to strangle me, sore shoulders/hips in the morning are not as noticeable, many of my coworkers have commented on my weight loss and two friends have asked for the info on Medifast! A great way to meet midweek if you ask me ;-)
