I think I've realised why my loss was so small this period...
Okay I indulged twice, but but enough to justify an almost crashing halt... But I may have been a tad dehydrated last week. I may be a tad swollen from the walking at the weekend (I'm certainly still feeling it) More importantly I have lost size!!!
I hadn't realised because rather than being across my waist (where heretofore it's been most noticeable) this appears to be more across my chest. And as I had been wearing layers I didn't notice it as much. I put my coat on today without a jumper and realised just how much looser is than it was a couple of weeks ago. And without exception, I always have a lower loss when I notice a huge size change.
Either way I am going to be good this week and try and avoid temptation (Though I have plans on Thursday with friends). I re-started my exercise bike regime yesterday. I was only able to do 40 minutes (about 10 miles), so I need to work myself back up to the hour and a half-2 hours I was doing before I let it slide.
