I'm getting better at running. I feel it, and Angel sees it, and I think we're both obsessed with my legs. LOL She keeps asking how come my legs are toning up so well, when with women it's usually the last area to get toned. I don't know. I think all my nutrients are going to my legs hahahah

The bad news we got today is that there might not be enough bootcampers in July. Angel says she just might have Saturday Bootcamp, and then if we still want to work out with her, to go to her studio. Therein is the dreaded TREADMILL, which I don't know how to use. I saw Jillian Michaels using it as a torture device on her "Losing It" show, though. I told Erica I'll go if she goes, just don't leave me alone with the Bootcamp Lady because I know she's going to pull a Jillian and probably throw my water bottle and towel across the room. Then Imma have to get crunk and steel her LOL Actually, even Angel is like, "I'm not THAT bad" when we talk about Jillian Michaels. Jillian Michaels is one bada** butch.

Much of where and how you tone depends on the exercise you are doing and genetics. Your chart looks awesome though. Keep up the good work.
