WELL THINGS ARE MUCH BETTER ON THE HOME FRONT. YESTERDAY BUSY DAY AT WORK ATE 3 TURKEY BACON STRIPS, SMALL SALAD, FEW PIECES OF CHEESE RICE CAKE THEN I WAS BAD AND HAD SOME CHINESSE FOOD BUT I HAD WHITE RICE AND LIMITED MY SELF AND DRANK LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER. ONLY DID A WALK YESTERDAY DOWN THE ROAD AND BACK IT WAS GETTING LATE AND MY KNEE NEEDED A BREAK FROM RUNNING. BUT NOW INCLUDING TODAY I ONLY HAVE 17 DAYS LEFT B4 MY FITNESS TEST AND I WILL BE DOING IT WITH SOME PEOPLE I REALLY DON;T WANT TO BE "WEAK" WELL DOING IT SO THE NEXT 17 DYS IS GONA BE RUNNING PUSHUPS AND SITUPS AND MAYBE SOME WEIGHT LOST. TAKING IT EASY THIS MORNING FIRST DAY OFF GONA DO BLUEBERRY PICKING THEN HEAD HOME AND WORKOUT AND DO HOUSE CLEANING, HAVE A HUGE PIG ROAST PARTY AT MY HOUSE IN A COUPLE WEEKS SO HAVE ALOT TO DO.
