I weighed in at 140.8 this morning, and it just doesn't seem worth it to put it into fatsecret. *Sigh* I don't know how to keep myself motivated for more than 2 or 3 days to stay under 1200 calories to even start losing weight again. I'm almost trying to tell myself that I'll just start losing weight again next summer...but that can't end well. I wanted to be at my goal weight by the end of the year, and I was supposed to be at 135 by now! Why is this so difficult?

Please don't give up! You have done really well and only have 5 pounds to get to goal weight, right? Maybe eat 1500 calories and increase your exercise instead of restricting so much - and drink 96 ounces of water a day, too. You will see it moving.

I drink around 64 right now, I'm not sure I can drink anymore. And the days that I cheat I eat around 1500, and my weight is constant. My big goal weight is 125, so it's 5 pounds to my next mini goal weight. I just need to find some kind of motivation to stop cheating! haha and Chary, gym Thursday! :D
