Gained a little lost a little and the beat goes on. I really have not worked out as I have been so busy with everything else in my life but know that I will get it all taken care of and soon in 2 months or less will be down to 170 and that will be good. I guess it just takes more and more and more consistency and practice to get better at weight loss. Also, it takes alot of discipline to watch how to change.
189.6 lb Lost so far: 43.4 lb.    Still to go: 39.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
