10 Pounds! 10 Pounds! 10 Pounds!
The funny thing is that ten is simply a round number. It's not really any mile stone for weight I have to lose. 10% of my goal is ~12lbs, 10% of my bodyweight is ~32lbs. Still feels good though.
The daughter has a case of spring fever, so her and I went for a walk last night. It was a good time, as she toodled along on her scooter while I walked and talked. She wiped out once and I had to fix up some scratches, but it's the Blessings of a Scraped Knee around our house, so we were back on it right away.
Have a good day, everyone.

Great Job! At one time, I lost almost 100lbs - and I did it by losing 10lbs at a time. When I think, "I need to lose 100lbs", it's just too overwhelming. But, if I think, "I need to lose 10lbs", then I think "Wow. It's only 10lbs, I CAN do that." It makes it attainable.
You are doing great! Keep up the good work.
I have to admit, I have forsaken my usual workouts and done some walking and hiking myself in the last two days. The change of weather is motivating me and I suffer from a little Spring Fever, too.
